So, I’d finished the 50,000 word requirement for NaNoWriMo a few days ago, but today, on the second to the last day, I finished the novel at 88,000 words. It’s so awesome! Can I say that about my own work? It’s going to polish up good and shiny. I hope to get it out to you next year and I hope you love it as much as I do.

    I’m in exactly the same boat! I’m editing another novel, but I’ve two books I need to read and review. A writer’s life is never still… even when we’re at the computer.

    1. Thank you! I didn’t do much else. I even did not do my normal holiday traveling for Thanksgiving. I’m excited and proud of the story, though. Did you do NaNo?

      1. Yes. I got just a little over 66k. I’m going to take some time off to read and review books before I take on the second draft. No matter how much time you had free, 88k is massive! Congrats again.
